Citrix logging database – error 0x8200003e

In Component Services – Computer – My Computer – Com+ Applications. Open Properties of CitrixLogServer, click to tab security and disable/ deactivate the checkbox „Enforce access checks for this application“ – after this I can connect to the Log Database with SQL user.
